Dale Allen
Partner
Prior to founding Allen Law Offices in 1995, Attorney Dale Allen began working with his father and brother as a steelworker in Gary, Indiana. He quickly learned that steelworkers are not made of steel. Mr. Allen knows what it is like to work a dangerous job and what it means to you and your family if you become injured or disabled. His legal career began as a deputy prosecutor and public defender. Mr. Allen brings with him a lifetime of experience in and out of the courtroom that benefits you. Kirsten L. Kaiser
Attorney
Kirsten L. Kaiser is a recent graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Kirsten L. Kaiser held a variety of positions while working as a law clerk for Dale Allen for over two years. Ms. Kaiser simultaneously worked as a Law Clerk in the Tort Division for the Office of Lisa Madigan, Illinois Attorney General, and Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Ronald Bartkowicz, Law Division, in Cook County, Illinois. Prior to these positions, Ms. Kaiser served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Julie Cantrell in Lake Superior Court, Division 3. Ms. Kaiser also served as the President of the Women’s Law Student Association, was an executive board member for the Hellenic Law Association, and volunteered for the Richard Blennerhasset Tax Law Society in free tax preparation for the community. Ms. Kaiser focuses on worker's compensation and Social Security disability, but also works on personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal matters.

Ryan Allen
Of Counsel
Growing up and attending college in the Midwest, Ryan Allen plunged into life in New York City. After attending New York Law School, he worked as a legal intern for a music publishing affiliate of a record label, a major performing rights organization and an award-winning television and radio station. Through his Public Service Fellowship for the Honorable Martin Shulman, New York State Supreme Court Justice, Ryan analyzed active motions, drafted orders/decisions, and wrote memoranda of law. Attorney Ryan Allen now concentrates in representing injured workers in Worker's Compensation cases and disabled persons seeking Social Security Disability Benefits in the State of New York.
